Sorry to take so long responding. You’re right, the way it was set up did benefit the technically adept. But workarounds also evolved, which was inevitable since we do still have left some of the American tradition of helping out neighbors. An adept friend of mine works for one of those groups (I think it started as a Facebook group, but people who can’t use computers call her for help, and she finds them appointments.) What’s making her nuts, she said, is that some say “No, I only want the Moderna shot,” or “No, Tuesday morning’s not good for me. What have you got on Mondays or Wednesdays?”
